Apandim Uyghur restaurant in Burwood serves authentic Halal Uyghur food.
Uyghur food represents a culmination of various central Asian culinary cultures that date back more than a thousand years.
At Apandim Uyghur, you will find a variety of dishes ranging from Handmade Noodles to buns, and from traditional foods to more contemporary stir fries that will invigorate your tastebuds.
The owner, Sultan Hiwilla, started his journey of providing authentic Uyghur food back in 2008, in Auburn.
After few unsuccessful attempts of opening restaurants across Sydney, Sultan Hiwilla found success in the multi-cultural hub of Auburn, and named his restaurant Tarim Uyghur Handmade Noodles. Starting from 2013, and until its successful sale in 2022, Tarim Uyghur served as a centre for people yearning for Uyghur food.
While operating Tarim Uyghur, Sultan continued his ambitions of opening more restaurants, and opened up in the buzzing suburb of Burwood, another Uyghur restaurant, Apandim Uyghur.
